MULTIQUIMICA and Yenkin-Majestic/OPC Polymers are pleased to announce the creation of OPC Polymers LLC, a joint venture between both private companies to combine a broad portfolio of alkyd resins, water-based latex emulsions and other specialty chemicals.
Multiquimica Dominicana, founded in 1982 with manufacturing facilities in the Dominican Republic and Guatemala, and Yenkin Majestic/OPC Polymers founded in 1920, combine 144 years of experience.
This new joint venture will result in a stronger resin supplier to the paint and coatings market, and most importantly, we are pleased to announce our plan to jointly build a new resin production facility in central Ohio.
