It is extracted from the seed of the “ricinus communis” plant. Currently its uses include: manufacture of hair growth products, detergents and softeners, lubricants and hydraulic brake fluid, paint, lacquers, enamels, varnishes, and resins. It is also used in the manufacture of rubber and rubber, adhesives, leather tanning, plastic, and dielectric material for capacitors.
